Yesterday the boys went fishing and then we tried to go to several different beaches, but they were all full. Actually some of the people parked illegally knowing they would get ticketed, but of course they didn’t really care about paying for a ticket just as long as they got to go to the beach. The Harnick’s stopped in. They came over around dinner time. We went out to eat at Montana’s steakhouse. Then we came back to the hotel, went swimming, watched a movie and went off to bed. Today we said our farewells to them before heading to church. Today we tried a new church out. All I can say is that I have taken for granted the wonderful preaching of Pastor Flatt and the beautiful sounds of Amy and Patrick Fata. We were late to church because the church had not updated their service times online. We were then escorted to the very front row, in front of EVERYONE. At the end of the sermon we partook in communion. My mom, dad, and I were all freaking out when they said they would be serving wine and bread. First they served the bread and then came the wine. Thankfully it was just juice and not actual wine. Now we are back at the hotel and debating about what we are going to do today since today is Canada’s Independence Day. There have been festival’s going on and there will be gigantic firework display’s over Lake Ontario.
THE BEACH!!!! Okay so on Friday we went to the beach without daddy and there were only two other families there. Apparently you can go on Friday's not Saturday's.

  1. Hi Tay-Tay, We just got back from the day with Todds family at the lake. Jamie was bored and Justin was ready to go home too by 5 pm. We had a nice suuny day till about 2 or 3pm. Zoe,Steph, Mandy, Justin,Ron and Jamie all got wet and swam till the clouds rolled in. Todd wanted to make hot dogs first on the grill then go for a swim. WELL he never made it to the water till it started to blow and thunder. ( Todds luck) :) We spent the rest of the day indoors playing a few games till 5:00 then we headed for home again. All and all it was a good day and good to see them too. When we got home we never had one drop of rain..Sad... I don't think Indy got any either. IT IS VERY DRY HERE AND THE CORN IN THE FIELD IS PATHETIC. I don't know if more rain can salvage the rest.
Well it is time to go do more exercises....ugg
I feel like a beached whale. Can't move very fast.. bye ( grandma chocked me) haha And ga ga ga ga ga ga ....

  2. Taylor, glad you made it to church and that you got the front row. That's where Grandma & I always sit (although not in a strange church). Too bad you got juice for communion. I thought you wanted the real stuff. I guess Grandma filled you in on our day, so I won't repeat. Wish everyone in Canada a Happy First of July!!
